Echo is our Analytics QA Engine. It transforms analytics validation from manual testing into strategic oversight, crawling reporting environments, validating outputs, filing issues, and tracking resolution. Echo integrates natively with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and other analytics platforms, and pushes findings to Jira, Asana, and other project management tools.

Aria answers business questions. Echo ensures the data behind those answers is trustworthy. Aria is the agentic analyst that delivers expert-level analysis to every decision-maker. Echo is the agentic QA engineer that validates the analytics tracking underneath. Many of our clients run both. Echo ensures the data is right, Aria turns it into decisions.

Aria runs a five-step agentic workflow. Context orchestration assembles business context. Insights planning maps the analysis. Data processing prepares and transforms the data. Insights orchestration coordinates across LLMs and tools. Trust verification confirms each insight through AI reasoning and data validation.

Echo runs three agents in sequence. Scout uncovers what to test by exploring the application like a user. Oracle validates incoming data against the data schema and measurement plan. Ranger creates detailed tickets with screenshots and reproduction steps, with human-in-the-loop approval before each ticket is filed.
