Privacy Policy
Effective May 2026 · Enlighten AI Labs
This Privacy Policy explains how Enlighten AI Labs (together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, "Enlighten," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through our websites, including https://www.enlightenailabs.com, https://ariainsights.ai, and other Enlighten AI Labs product websites (the "sites").
The sites are business-to-business resources used to explain our products and services, receive inquiries, schedule meetings and demos, communicate with prospects and customers, and operate our business. We also collect information through other interactions with customers, suppliers, prospective employees, and people who contact us.
If you submit a form, request a call, book a demo, email us, or otherwise interact with us, you agree that we may process your information as described in this Policy. Where consent is required for analytics or similar technologies, we ask for that consent separately.
Legal basis for gathering and processing your information
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following:
- Consent, such as when you opt in to analytics cookies, marketing communications, or another optional processing activity.
- Legitimate interests, such as responding to inquiries, operating and improving our sites, protecting our systems, and understanding business interest in our products and services.
- Contract or pre-contract steps, such as scheduling a meeting, evaluating a potential engagement, or providing requested information.
- Legal obligations, such as maintaining records, complying with lawful requests, and enforcing our rights.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly. If you request a call, book a demo, email us, or otherwise contact us, we may collect your name, work email address, company, product or service interest, message content, meeting preferences, time zone, and related communications. If you apply for a role or communicate with us in another business context, we may collect the information you choose to provide for that purpose.
Information collected automatically. When you use the sites, we and our service providers may collect technical and usage information, including:
- IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, operating system, language, referring URL, and timestamps.
- Pages and sections viewed, links clicked, forms started or submitted, meeting-booking steps, error events, and other interactions with the sites.
- Cookie identifiers or similar online identifiers, but only where permitted by law and your consent choices.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the sites. Please do not submit health information, government identification numbers, financial account numbers, account credentials, or other sensitive information in website forms or messages.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the sites, keep them secure, and remember permitted preferences. These strictly necessary technologies are used by default.
With consent where required, we also use optional analytics cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the sites. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, section engagement, scroll depth, link clicks, form funnel activity, meeting-booking steps, session quality, and error events so we can improve our content and user experience.
Google Analytics may collect information about your device, browser, pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, and online identifiers. We do not send names, email addresses, company names, free-text form messages, or meeting-booking identifiers to Google Analytics. You can learn more about how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Our current cookie preference categories are:
- Strictly necessary cookies: always active for core site operation, security, form availability, and remembering your privacy choices.
- Analytics and performance cookies: optional, used only with consent where required, and currently provided through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
- Functional cookies: optional cookies that can enable enhanced functionality or personalization based on how you interact with the sites.
- Advertising and targeting cookies: optional cookies that may be used to support relevant content, advertising, measurement, or similar marketing-related purposes where enabled and disclosed.
Where required, optional cookies are controlled through the cookie banner or preference center. You may decline optional cookies, tailor your preferences, change your choices, or withdraw consent through the cookie banner or Cookie settings control, or by contacting us. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from submitting a form, requesting a call, or booking a demo.

We use information for the following business and commercial purposes:
- To respond to inquiries and requests.
- To schedule and manage calls, demos, and related communications.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the sites.
- To understand interest in our products and services.
- To send business communications and marketing messages where permitted by law.
- To maintain records, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights.
How we share information
We may disclose information to service providers and business partners that help us operate the sites, process inquiries, schedule meetings, manage customer relationships, host infrastructure, provide analytics, and communicate with you. These providers may include Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Vercel, Zapier, Salesforce, Cal.com, email providers, security providers, and professional advisors.
We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request; to protect the rights, safety, and security of Enlighten, our users, or others; or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information for money. Based on our current site practices, we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide any required opt-out controls.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and the information we collect may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have privacy laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as data processing agreements and other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Safeguarding your information
We take appropriate measures to maintain the security of your data on Enlighten AI Labs websites. However, you should understand that the open nature of the internet is such that data may flow over networks without security measures and may be accessed and used by people other than those for whom the data is intended. As a result, while Enlighten strives to protect your information, we cannot and do not guarantee that these measures will be 100% effective in securing any information you transmit to or from the site.
Retention period
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The criteria used to determine retention periods include:
- The length of our relationship with you or your organization.
- The purpose for which the information was collected, such as responding to an inquiry or managing a booked meeting.
- Legal, accounting, security, compliance, dispute-resolution, and recordkeeping requirements.
- Whether the information is stored in backup, logging, CRM, analytics, or vendor systems with their own retention schedules.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information we hold about you. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, opt out of certain marketing communications, or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
To exercise privacy rights, contact us at privacy@enlightenailabs.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. If you use an authorized agent, we may ask for proof of authorization and may still require you to verify your identity directly where permitted by law.
